What is the role of a Customer Service Associate Supervisor?

What you will do as a Customer Service Associate Supervisor?

The role combines the excellent execution of customer service duties, in addition to ensuring the customer service team is providing an exceptional level of service.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two or four-year college experience a plus
  • Experience working with the public and handling money
  • Banking experience a plus
